see people dont understand why we say dont call, may be i got my reciepts because i didn't called them. and now they are making fun of me saying am saying all these bcoz i got my reciepts, but thats not true. I can understand the tension but this is not helping you either.
Our checks didn't get cashed , neither we Got Receipt Notice .
The CSR told that we tracked that this is your 2nd call in 10 days - Is the reason of this call same or different. If the reason is same - Pl dont make a 3rd call before 60 days from July 2nd :eek:

They might be sending second FP notice every 15mnths of first/consecutive FP's done once it expires in their system..wait for that notice and dont worry about it now..

I am just curious what exactly you want to know. Do you want to know when you will get your GC or about the receipts.
If you are looking for receipts, there is a thread going on for July filers by the name "July Trackers".
If you want to know when you will get your GC then i am sorry to say, even GOD cannot give you an idea.

Ok thanks, is this a full 12 months with entry to the US, as I have been travelling into the US on the odd weekend for personal trips. Not sure if that would impact on the 12 month time period or not.

Number 3 is by far the better pic to my mind. Re: Destroying your cloud....
yeah, just playing with some new scatter brushes that I didn't have control over yet :D...was aiming more for something like your pic 3 above.
In cases where there is no natural framing (Flora, fauna, dock posts, etc etc), on a sunset shot you can use people (silhouttes) to add elements of interest. Or maybe shoot from ground level; just suggestions and it's always fun to experiment with these things.

There are several instances when a denial notice was sent, but the website continued to show the status as pending.
So if a denial letter has been received, then the website status means nothing.

My friend tells me that his company no longer hires that attorney so would it mean that my friend would never actually receive the denial letter.

With out a GC, you may not get the best rate. But you sure can get a mortgage loan while in H1/EAD.
When you shop around ask for rate quote and that time they won't ask your immigration status. If bank changes the rate based on your immi status, do not go with them.
I bought the house while I was on H1 4 years back (I am still using my H1 and I have an EAD now) and nobody asked me my imm status. I submitted the document at the time of doing paperwork but it did not change my rate. I got the best rate based on my credit from wells fargo.

Ok, true. But I guess I'm still hung up on the "suggestion" (not rule, I suppose) to have more space in the direction the subject is heading or looking than to the rear of him/her/it - especially also not to center the subject. I have problem with my lawyer too .I found out he made a mistake on my application concerning my information.my employer gave me the password so I checked my status on line.and when I asked him what gonna happen with my application .he were furious and he ask me who told you and he says thats not true.but I saw every thing with my proper eyes .any way he told me that next time if I wana talk to him I have to send him a check of 250 dollar the price of the consultation.then he can answer my question.and he told me that if he wana hurt me he can do it.I don't know what he means.and after I called my employer to tell him about the lawyer .today I foundout that the password for checking the status was changed. here's my story friends .plus my perm is pending for 127 day by now. please guys advice
if you are within 6 years of your H1 change jobs ASAP, you need a supportive employer at many stages in the GC process. As it is the ride is wild and painful, if your employer is also acting smart it can be horrible for you. Jump to a better employer (even if you take say a 10% hit in pay) and restart GC asap.

All big cities have MIT Enterprise Forum chapters, you can meet and network with a lot of accomplished people there. There are plenty volunteer opportunities.

At last my turn comes in January.....now the real fight begins.....any information abt how to get name check status....etc. my FP was done in Sep 2007....did not receive any new FP request...any insight on that gurus.
